We want you to try LoopStream Live with confidence. This policy explains our Free plan and refunds.

Try it on the Free plan

You can start on the Free plan with no credit card and run real streams (1 stream, 720p, about 1 hour a day) before you pay anything. Paid plans and passes are charged when you buy them.

Refund window

If you are charged and decide LoopStream Live is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund of that payment.

How to request a refund

Email support@loopstreamlive.com from your account email with the charge date. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

What is not covered

Refunds apply to the most recent charge, not to prior billing periods you already used. We may decline repeated refund requests that appear to abuse this policy.
